Yep, that’s a wedding outfit right there! A helluva wedding outfit. Harriet and Tom had the most laid back Birmingham city wedding you ever did see.

There were two weddings gowns – one yellow, one black. There were two grooms suits – one blue, one grey. There were bridesmaids in white, the cutest pageboy you ever did see, and beer. Oh yes, and curry. Well you can’t get married in Birmingham without a good curry and a good beer now can you?

Not for them pomp and circumstance. Harriet and Tom did it their way. Harriet popped down to the Mac store to get her make up done – attracting all kinds of attention obviously. Then she hopped in a taxi with her three bridesmaids for a ceremony at St Paul’s Church, followed by a walk down the canal to the Malthouse pub where we had cake and speeches and beer. And the sun beamed down all blummin day!

And then a quick trip back to the Rotunda at the top of the world for an outfit change, a few photos and onto Itihaas for an awesome ruby. Bloody splendid.

They also had to risk life and limb in my car, so ya know, well done. Next time I promise to clean it!
