BARN WEDDING AT CUNDALL LODGE FARM
MY NEPHEW’S
BARN WEDDING
AT CUNDALL LODGE FARM
A few weeks back, my nephew Aaron, got hitched. It’s been a long time coming. Him and his gorgeous new wife Lora, were due to get married on a clifftop in Dubrovnik, but Covid put paid to that… twice.
So, finally, after all the waiting, the cancelled flights and hotel rooms, a change of outfits and a definite change in weather, they finally said ‘I do’ at Cundall Lodge Farm Barn.
The Rain Came Down
Let’s just say the weather wasn’t kind. but that didn’t stop us from having one hell of a party. As well as doing all the photos, I was also doing all the jobs… that’s what aunties do apparently. Ironing trousers, tying ties, dressing the bride… sorting the cheese! I was joined by my wine gum loving buddy Ian,who was on video duty. We don’t shoot video anymore, but this was an bit of an exception. To say I was feeling a bit emotional is to understate it. Yes I cried. And I don’t do crying.
CUNDALL LODGE FARM BARN
Lora looked amazing in her separates whilst Aaron – never one to let the side down – had his own pretty super cool bespoke suit.
There was emotional speeches, crazy dancing, and porn star martinis – because we don’t do things by half in our family!
Congrats to two of my favourite people in the world. Love ya both! x
