Danielle & Adam’s Romantic Peckforton Castle Wedding, Cheshire
Every time I visit Peckforton Castle to photograph a wedding, I marvel at its ability to win me over. This gorgeous Grade I listed building isn’t actually that old, but it’s gorgeous light, it’s Great Hall and all its fabulous little nooks and crannies give it a distinctive feel and it is a wonderful backdrop for a lavish wedding.
Adam and Danielle never do things by halves, and getting married in the impressive Great Hall was perfectly them. We never stopped laughing from the second I arrived, and both them, and their guests, made for an absolutely wonderful day.
When it comes to my Cheshire couples, most of them love the luxury and opulence of Peckforton Castle. Incredible locations, wonderful staff and space for a big old party. I love photographing weddings at Peckforton Castle. I’m there to capture all those tiny little moments – those crazy bridesmaids dancing, the groomsmen doing shots at the bar and your mum wiping away her happy tears, so that you don’t miss a single minute and Danielle and Adam’s wedding was exactly the same. Adam was crying happy tears throughout the day and the appearance of a vintage 80s Golf cabriolet, was the icing on the cake.
