Getting married in a barn, the great outdoors, or a tipi is a sure fire hit for the festival types. I spend every year in the fields of Glastonbury so I’m always at home wearing a pair of wellies in a muddy field. Outdoor woodland weddings and rustic ceremonies might run the risk of the English weather, but we like to live dangerously!
Whether you’re getting married in the wonderful Wharfedale Grange, in a tipi at This Green Moon, or in the woodland at Camp Katur, you can be assured that I’ll be capturing all the important stuff (rain or shine) so you can cherish those moments for a lifetime.

I do love a rustic barn but then again, I also love a bit of festival stuff too. I’ve photographed weddings up and down the uk in fantastic barns that all have their own personality and their own amazing vibe. I’m a regular at Wharfedale Grange, have spent many a happy hour in Cundall Lodge Farm, the York Maze, Hornington Manor, along with the Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey, The Normans, Cripps, The Stonebarn and Healey Barn to name just a few .
Whichever barn you choose, it will be big enough for a lavish knees up and will make for epic photos. Making awesome imagery is easy when you’re getting married in an amazing barn wedding venue.

If you’re a festival lover, or you love the great outdoors, there is nothing better than getting hitched in a secluded woodland, or a cliff top, followed by a knees up in a tipi or yurt.
We might have to brace the English weather, but there is no doubt that outdoor weddings are good for the soul. They tend to have a much more laid back vibe, and my favourites include the wonderfully rustic This Green Moon and Camp Katur. If you fancy mixing an outdoor ceremony with a barn, try the fabulous Town Head Estate at Windermere.

Some people are seasoned pros in front of the camera, whilst some feel all kinds of awkward, but that’s ok. I’ve been doing this job for so long, I know how to make you feel comfortable from the word go. My photography package includes a 15 minute couple shoot that will have you looking as cool as a cucumber and wishing it were longer!
