When it comes to choosing a Lake District wedding venue, it doesn't get much more beautiful than the Town Head Estate.
Set on the banks of Lake Windermere, the Town Head Estate is possibly the most beautiful wedding venue in the Lake District. this historic estate enjoys a secluded position in extensive landscape with a half mile of private lake frontage, a beautiful boathouse, luxury farmhouse accommodation and a gorgeous restored wedding barn.
As a Town Head Estate Wedding Photographer, I know the ins and outs of this luxury venue - from it's beautiful rolling parkland, to it's walled garden, it is the perfect place for a wedding celebration.
I love photographing weddings in the Lake District - there is something completely magical about this part of the country, and with its lakeside setting, the Town Head Estate just simply could not be bettered.

The Town Head Estate Wedding Barn is a perfect mix of old and new. Its luxurious facilities and attention to detail, mean that your wedding will be both modern and timeless. The Town Head Estate barn boasts beautiful oak beams, exposed stone walls and state of the art sound system for that all important party. It can seat up to 120 guests for ceremony and wedding breakfast and is flooded with natural light.

As a Town Head Estate Wedding Photographer, I know that sometimes a couple want to ensure their wedding ceremony reflects their personality. So whether you want a small intimate civil ceremony, or a lavish outdoor ceremony on the banks of Windermere, the Town Head Estate has a range of beautiful spots to say "I do". Throughout the extensive grounds, there are numerous outdoor places to exchange vows. If you're the kind of couple who wants laid back rustic hay bales, or a more formal sperry tent, each location is designed to take into consideration the stunning Lake District views.

WEDDING ACCOMMODATION
When it comes to finding the perfect wedding venue, high on your list should be a venue that has onsite accommodation. The Town Head Estate has it's very own Beauty Suite so that you and your wedding VIPs can get ready in unrivalled luxury. It boasts huge mirrors, comfy sofas and fridges for the all important champagne! The Bridal Cottage has it's own private entrance and courtyard.
Meanwhile, your guests can relax in their own luxury accommodation. the Town Head Estate has space for 22 overnight guests so you can ensure your nearest and dearest can party until the early hours and still enjoy the lakes for two days. Accommodation boasts large en-suite rooms, opulent bathrooms and traditional panelling whilst the Barn Cottage has its own hot tub and playroom making it perfect for families.

When it comes to my couples, most of them love the chilled, laid back vibe of the Town Head Estate. No fuss, just incredible locations, wonderful staff and space for a big old party. I love photographing weddings at the Town Head Estate.
